Low Carb Diet Danger

Low carb diet danger is conected with the healthy glycogen (the storage form of glucose in your body) stores in your muscles and liver. When you do that glycogen storage, you also dehydrate, often causing the high scale to drop significantly in the first week or two of the diet. This is usually interpreted as weight and fat loss while it is actually mostly from dehydration and muscle loss which is a big low carb diet danger. By the way, this is one of the reasons that low carb diets are so popular at the moment.You can lose weight very quick but not in the way you ant it.Maybe this is a dieting low carb diet danger but after all not unhealthy.And you have to keep in mind that this way is also a low carb diabetes diet which is an advantage!
